"When we first moved back to Michigan, we were with an agent that was local to us but they retired not too long after we moved back. Fortunately, all of our policies were moved to Tammy's office and I can honestly tell you that I could not have asked for a better agent. Tammy and her team have been so excellent at communicating with me regarding any changes that have been occurring; working with me on any new policy needs or changes; and just overall a friendly and welcoming office. I've spoken and worked with Tammy, as well as three members of her team and they not only are able to assist with whatever I've called about; but they also take the time to get to know me and my family. I can chat with them if we're on hold for a moment while waiting for a change to occur or update and they remember me and what's going on.
